About Amy

In 2012, I discovered my passion for fitness and never looked back. After spending years in corporate PR, I transformed my life through fitness, becoming a Canadian Women’s Physique Champion in 2015. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping busy women and professionals achieve similar life-changing results.

2015

Won 3rd in Canada at the Women’s Physique Championships.

2020

Pivoted to a hybrid model of in-person and online coaching during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I keep things simple because simple works.

Like many of you, I’ve had to overcome personal challenges. From a career change to two divorces, and raising my daughter, I’ve found balance and strength through fitness. I want to help you do the same.

I believe in training smarter, not harder. My approach focuses on the essentials—form, mobility, strength and tapping into your mind, body, soul—so you get results without wasting time or energy.
