Meet Amy
In 2012, I found fitness as a way to heal. I was working in corporate PR at the time, going through personal challenges like a divorce and the stress of smoking for over 12 years. I decided to take control of my health and hired a personal trainer, working with him three times a week.
Soon, fitness became more than just a coping mechanism—it became my passion and my career. I woke up at 6 a.m. to train before work, and it completely transformed my life. By 2015, I earned 3rd place in a Canadian bodybuilding competition.

Today
After leaving the corporate world, I transitioned to working full-time as a trainer, teaching group fitness classes and helping people one-on-one. The personal connections I built with my clients were just as fulfilling as the physical transformations I witnessed. Today, as a single mom, entrepreneur, and someone who’s gone through two divorces, I’ve found strength and resilience like never before. I’m more dedicated than ever to helping other women find balance, strength, and confidence in their lives.
